This is a brand new effort for me. I will be posting reminiscences of my family, philosophy, musings on my hobbies, a bit about my genealogy roots and other topics as they come to mind. here and eventually to my site on Hostgator. In short this will be a ramble along memory lane

As a part of this new expression of my ideas, I want to create a fresh theme that works to serve my purposes in this endeavor. The theme will be built from scratch, but based upon the ideas presented in WP Theme Development for Beginners, 3rd Ed.

I expect to add to this either as posts (most likely) or as static pages the various stories that I have written as part my “Life Story” project. Initially I had thought this would be a series of fixed pages, but now think it will work better to use posts that are then categorized as to topics, where they fit in my life.

Okay, the die has been cast, now to begin the building of a new site suitable for the display of my musings, ideas and experiences.
